Nikon 28mm f2.8: Price & Value

sure in an ideal world i'd like to have a full set of fully de-clicked contact zeiss primes you know with focus rings same lens diameter for filters etc but for right now sometimes i can't beat trying a lens that has a lot of character the cheaper price tag too when i can save 500 on a lens

isn't called cheap shots for nothing and 28 millimeter lenses are in my opinion the cheapest vintage lenses available well at least vintage primes these are often designed for landscape and they do a great job of shooting them even at infinity they're generally faster than zooms that cover this…

but I don't really need to talk about that because you know that already it is a budget lens and it has a budget feel to it maybe feels a little better than budget in the SE line of it because they added that kind of fun knurling to it and stuff to make it feel better but it's fine
