Sony 20 70mm f4: Distortion

So, having a look at the distortion and vignetting now at 20 mm wide open at f4, you can see some pretty heavy barrel distortion as well as some vignetting in the corners.

for 4K video making on apsc and then with a lens like this you'd always be ready to upgrade to full frame if you wanted to all right let's turn off in camera Corrections and take look at vignetting and Distortion by shooting some raw files at 20 mm there's an obvious issue with Barrel Distortion…

So the first thing we'll jump to is what is really, if there's any kind of flaw to this lens, it is this, at 20mm, there is some significant barrel distortion.
