The Service is operated by AI Science Center ("we," "us," or "our") from Colorado, USA.

AskMaddi is a product research tool with two parts:

• Review comparison cards. We collect publicly available reviews, specifications, and discussion about products from many independent sources, then synthesize them into comparison cards. Each card links back to the original sources so you can read them yourself. We present what others have said — we do not write our own reviews, score products, or endorse any product or seller.
• Live product search. When you search, your query is processed by AI running locally in your browser, which fetches and displays product listings from third-party retailers and links you to those retailers to purchase.

We do not sell products directly. We are a research, aggregation, and discovery tool. Any conclusions you draw from the information we present are your own.

AskMaddi participates in affiliate programs with various retailers. This means:

• When you click a product link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission
• This commission comes from the retailer, not from you
• Your purchase price is not affected by our affiliate relationship

• Product prices (may change at any time)
• Product availability (may be out of stock)
• Product descriptions or specifications
• Product images
• Seller ratings or reviews
• Reviews, opinions, and claims originating from third-party sources we aggregate

Our comparison cards summarize and organize information published by others. The underlying reviews and opinions belong to their authors, not to us, and we do not adopt, verify, or endorse them. Always read the linked sources and verify product details on the retailer's website before making a purchase.

When you click through to a retailer:

• Your transaction is between you and that retailer
• The retailer's terms of service and privacy policy apply
• We have no control over and are not responsible for the retailer's practices

Any issues with products, shipping, returns, refunds, or customer service must be handled directly with the retailer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service
• We are not liable for any transactions you make with third-party retailers
• We are not liable for product defects, shipping issues, or retailer disputes
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate product information
• We are not liable for the accuracy of, or any reliance you place on, third-party reviews or opinions we aggregate

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our code or data
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

We reserve the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

The AskMaddi name, logo, and original content — including the design and structure of our comparison cards — are the property of AI Science Center. Product information and images displayed are the property of their respective retailers. Reviews, opinions, and other content we aggregate remain the property of their original authors and publishers; we present excerpts and summaries for the purpose of comparison and link back to each source for attribution. If you are a rights holder and believe content has been used improperly, contact us and we will respond promptly.

We strive to keep AskMaddi available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance or updates
• Technical issues
• Factors beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
